I am a service designer and user researcher who is familiar with agile methodologies and user experience and interface design.
I have a bachelor's degree in marketing at Feng Chia University in Taiwan. Before pursuing a master’s degree, I worked in the technology start-up as a marketer and service designer for one and a half years.
I am a recent graduated of the Master of Design program at Emily Carr University Art + Design with a specialization in Service Design. My current research explores the proper practice of implementing service design in the public sector. I worked for the Taiwan government (PDIS) remotely and make effort to embed service design culture into civil servants’ day-to-day practices.
My goal as a designer is not only improving user experience to solve business problems but also creating positive impacts on society. Outside of work, I like practicing watercolor painting, cooking and reading fantasy novels. Moreover, I am super in love with maple. That's why I came to Canada.
